Private counseling for adults in Somerset County, from home

In a county where the nearest therapist can be 30 or 40 minutes away, and everybody knows everybody, starting counseling can feel like a hassle. Mint Therapy brings it to you. Meet with a licensed Pennsylvania therapist by video, on your schedule, with nobody watching who comes and goes.

We see adults in Somerset, Windber, Berlin, Meyersdale, Confluence, Rockwood, Central City and the farms and townships across the county.

How long are sessions?

Usually about 50 minutes, once a week or every other week to start.

Do you prescribe medication?

No. We provide therapy, and can coordinate with your doctor if you're also seeing them for medication.

You don't have to figure it out alone.
